Type of Bulbous Nose
Bulbous nose refers to cases where the skin and subcutaneous tissue at the tip of the nose are thick or when the nasal tip cartilPage is excessively developed and protruding.
A blunt and droopy nasal tip can make the nose appear bulky and overall larger. Depending on the cause, we improve the bulbous nose in the most precise way to achieve a slim and refined nasal tip shape.
Normal nose
It's a typical normal nose with properly sized alar cartilage and not too thick subcutaneous fat.

After partial resection of the alar cartilage, it is then repositioned upward and the nasal tip is elevated.
Bulbous nose, with bulbous nasal tip and thick skin tissue
Subcutaneous fat is removed to reduce the thickness of the nasal tip skin and the nasal tip is elevated.
